SHIPPING POLICY

  • All orders F.O.B. Regina, SK. ​

  • Free freight on orders of $1500 or more, our choice of carrier. This offer does NOT apply to backorders, or bulky, heavy items, such as targets, hard cases, treestands, backstop nets, points and bow presses

  • Title of goods shipped, passes to the buyer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier

  • If packages are damaged, or shipment is shorted, persons receiving the goods, should have any unsatisfactory conditions noted at the time of delivery. If this is not recorded with carrier at the time of delivery, claims may not be honored.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

  • Returns must be authorized by Golden Arrow Archery, and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number

  • Returned merchandise will be subject to a 15% restocking fee

  • Freight costs must be paid by the customer

  • Absolutely no C.O.D. returns accepted
